Nvidia plans to sell a technology that will tie chips together to speed up the chip-to-chip communication needed to build and deploy Artificial Intelligence tools. The company launches NVLink Fusion to speed connecting Artificial Intelligence chips wanting to remain at the heart of the subject.

Computers have not been among us for a long time, and internet is around for about three decades. This is a long enough time for many hackers to mature and evolve, and China and the current USA are locked in a constant struggle for information, using cyber espionage to gain strategic advantage.

Whether you are human or computer, viruses can ruin your day. They are different, very different for now, and for moment they don't cross from computers to humans and from humans to computers, but nevertheless taking steps to avoid them is important.

The long weekend because of 1st of May 2025 has ended, a new week has recently started over here, and probably Apple is still bracing for tariff impact triming the buyback. Reuters announced two days ago that the company trimmed its share buyback program by $10 billion, with CEO Tim Cook telling analysts that tariffs could add about $900 million in costs this quarter.

Humans rule Earth without a big competition, thing like bacteria, viruses and fungi do infect us but they are not yet a competition like the ones from The last of us series. But we are about to create something that may change that: our last invention, the most powerful tool, weapon, or maybe even entity: Artificial Super intelligence. The one that is self away anf the one can make us look like worms look to us.

Cyberspace is less secure than ever before. Hackers exploit human error or technical loopholes to steal data - they wither sell it directly or publish it on the darknet if the ransom demanded is not paid. Hacking, blocking computers and stealing data became a way of life for many people even if it’s a practice wiith catastrophic consequences. For example, the recent blackout in four countries including Spain and France is blamed, at least by some people, on hacking.

Artificial Intelligence is advancing faster than anyone predicted, and it’s already reshaping industries around the world even it still has some unfinished things (it's still under development and it will probably be a few decaded from now before continuing its development by itself). But what does that mean for education and the future of education?

Artificial Intelligence involved in the advertising business is pretty new for me, I haven't met it yet, but I am not surprised. People have a good tendency to use a good tool anywhere they can, so if Artificial Intelligence can be used in advertising with good result go for it. Make it earn you some money and learn it some good and better things.

Life comes and goes and entire species went gone many times during the planet history, and for the moment according to scientists, just 4.000 to 6.000 snow leopards are left in the wild - with roughly 300 of these in Pakistan, the third-largest population in the world. People are thinking to bring back the woolly mammoth, but can we preserve existing species including us?

I didn't start to watch the video because I don't like Apple ecosystem, I started because I've heard about Apple issues (both in hardware and software, together with their attitude), and I know that the being and companies that can't adapt won't evolve and they are soon gone. I don't how soon Apple will be gone, that depend from company to company and how technology will evolve, but Apple may be gone in just a few years from now (teoretically speaking).

I don't use Windows and other Microsoft products, I don't quite like them and probably I won't use the soon enough but I am watching it thinking what hit they may get because of Donald duck Trump's tariffs - Microsoft and Apple are American companies and their products costs while Linux is a free European product and for people like me it's better than any Microsoft and Apple have ever done so far.

I opened the Artificial Intelligence subject again, so let's stay a little longer on the subject. Artificial Intelligence is evolving into a mysterious new form of intelligence — powerful in some fields yet flawed in other fields, capable of remarkable feats but still far from human-like reasoning and efficiency. To truly understand it and unlock its potential, humans need a new science of intelligence that combines neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence and physics, says neuroscientist and Stanford professor Surya Ganguli.

The Guardian is saying that Channel 1 is a new rolling news channel with a difference - its stories are scripted, edited and presented by Artificial Intelligence. Mass-media had a lot to enjoy and suffer in the last century, and since the internet it had to move at least partially on internet because most readers were there, and for now Artificial Intelligence seems to be available in over 30 languages and able to transmit bespoke news stories faster than ever.

What Donald duck Trump has been doing in the past weeks can trigger another cold war, in more than one fields than just weapons. Weapons are of course involved, but subjects like economic and chips may also be involved. I posted here what Chris Titus is saying on his channel because I also use Linux instead of Windows or macOS (Fedora being one of the distros)  and I do like it. Microsoft and Apple both suck when operating systems are involved and I don't like either of them and for me Linux is better then both of them however you take them (multiplied, squared, etc).

Sabine Hossenfelder is making me smile big time. She is telling us that a new startup in Canada wants to build the first conscious Artificial Intelligence using quantum computing. What’s their definition of consciousness? Well, it’s based on Roger Penrose’s ideas about consciousness, ORCH-OR. Sabine Hossenfelder finds this rather confusing because Roger Penrose thinks that consciousness is not computable, so how are we now going to compute it?

No surprise there, at least not for me. I am not a repair man, I am a software engineer (loving to write code and science fiction) and I had some interaction with people repairing stuff. So when I am hearing people complaining about a company or another, about a service or another or about a bad product I can't say I am often surprised.

These are all the things Chris Titus Tech wished he knew before starting using Linux as a Desktop 6+ years ago. I am interested in it because I had a similar transition almost 11 years ago. It was not easy at all but it wasn't too hard being a software engineer and easier understanding how things are working and now I like Linux much better than I ever liked Windows.
