I found why Linux is better for programming years ago and I kept using Linux for even more time. It's almost a decade since I have been using it and the time is going to be doubled in 10 years if Linux is going to stick around long enough and if will still be better than other Operating Systems.

So start using it just for testing if you want to do programming and play some Linux games if they are available. You may like it as much as I do and you may be running away from operating systems like Windows or Apple's like I do (I do not like them at all becase they are how other people kike them and you can't configure them like you want them as Linux can be configured).

Keep testing what it's new no matter if it's a Linux distribution (a distro), a software application or an operating system and be cool.
