Watching the lecture recorded by Rachel Potter on 12th March 2025 at Barnard's Inn Hall, London, I couldn't think that North Americans may find themselves in this situation not far in the future, with many books banned for whatever reason Donald duck Trump may want and with their freedem of expresion gone.

Just another book about blogs, money and attention and you may want to get it because you need more about those money from other people and their attention.

The Youtube channel Science Fiction with Damien Walter uploaded the video, it's something I've watched and I recommend for you. Reading is important, reading as many books you can is also important, and the Science Fiction gender is important for me - it's a gender I love to read, watch and write.

Something to listen carefully because you may need to know how to behave as leader or how to select your leaders, and it's just a live-stream of the lecture done a few days ago by the professor Matt Qvortrup (the talk starts at the minute 6:08).

I can't say I listen audiobook (I listened perhaps two or three along the last 46 years but that's it) because I preffer to read not to listend, but this audiobook from RadioBoxBBC seems interesting. You can listen as many audiobooks you like but, remember this, reading is gold for a human being. and you should read as many books as you can not just one being the holy book like Bible, Coran or any other book you can consider holy.

The video is 9 years old but it's probably still bvalid in some parts. Do you or your kids still hate reading or do you want to watch videos on Youtube or TikTok or do expect the movies about your favorite books to appear in cinemas, Amazon Prime or Netflix?

No matter how much the internet and the e-books have been developing lately, the books in the hard copy format (on not so old fashion paper) will still rule for decades from now on. Especially if the people are getting bookshelves accordinly with current times... and movies they love.
