
BBC is saying us that new research finds that those who can’t fit in exercise during their working week, but instead squeeze it into their weekend – experience similar health benefits as those who work out during the week.
I don't quite exercice one or several time a week, I kind of exercise daily and I make different type of exercises and sports (Kendo being the base sport). Of course, there are days when I am too busy or too tired to exercise, but these are the exception not the rule (they happen onlu from time to time).
