Kendo (the way of the sword) explained

This article won't be long, I am just letting you know about just another video about the way of the sword (because this is translation of the word kendo), and old Japanese martial with origins in times when the full country was in middle of centuries old civil wars. The way people have been training has changed, the current kendo is only about a century old, but some things like the attitude toward another people and to how one ia training remained the same is it's much older (several centuries older).

To add some more information, Kendo is the Japanese fencing, a full contact martial art and an anaerobe sport because we usually practice in speed mode and from time to time we have training to improve our speed and resistence for the body practicing resistance in speed mode. And the fight is real. We have rules, training swords and armours but the ji geiko is similar to the way the samurais were fighting in wars.
