
Consumer group Which? says the legal action could result in a 3 billion American dollars payout if successful, with the average customer getting around £70. Apple has rejected the suggestion, saying users are not required to use iCloud. Of course the users are not required to use it but if you use it for a time (days, weeks or months) how free are they to choose their provider and use another could?
