Decision in TikTok appeal against USA law which could ban app is due

In the last week an almost unknown guy was on his road to become the Romanian president he almost won. TikTok was use for that result and many people said and keep saying that's bad. In other parts of the world the fate of TikTok in North America could be decided on Fraiday as BBC reported.

A federal appeals court was set to say whether or not they uphold an appeal by TikTok over a USA law, which demands the social media app is sold by its Chinese parent company ByteDance. The lawmakers fear the Chinese government could force ByteDance to hand over data about TikTok's 170 million USA users, and TikTok insists it would not provide foreign user data to the Chinese government.

A social media expert explained BBC what people to expect. From my point of view I would ban TikTok in Europe and USA because I don't like it and there are already proof that can be used for bad things. If other parts of the world also want to ban it they can do it, I don't mind.
