Anyway, a few days ago Mark Zuckerberg said that Meta was ‘pressured’ to censor Covid-related content, now it's time for another social media platform X former Twitter to brace for Brazil ban as judge's deadline passed. Some people from the platform have said the company expects the platform to be blocked in Brazil after failing to meet a deadline to name a new legal representative for the company.
The social media network closed its office in the country earlier this month (August 2024), saying its representative had been threatened with arrest if she did not comply with orders it described as "censorship".
