Should corporations be forced to limit the use of robotics so people can be employed?

No, because any company (corporation or not) will use robots in some for or another will use robots if their people consider the robots can help earning them money and money is more important tham employees for some people like Fiverr (for example).

The robots are a good tool right now, just like the Artificial Intelligence, but they are a long way from some writer or movie producers ideas like Skynet and its Terminators. The world was changed several times in the last hundred of years  when the technologies has changed human life. The number of people involved in clothes making has changed in the last centuries. Their number may be higher like the number from 100 years ago because the number of people in the world is higher but the employee percents are muh lower because using machines helps them. How many people you know are driving or using chariots with horses. Carriots and horses still exist but their number and the number of their human drivers are very low now, much lower than the drivers number 200 years ago (for example).

We all use cars and trains or planes now and the world has changed. Robots and Artificial Intelligence are a good tool now but they are far from perfect. The world will continue to change when they will becam aware and people may be glad for that in about 2 or 3 centuries from now. It may be not pleasant for some people but the change is constant. Be clever and try to be faster and better than it.
