To answer fast the question from title, the blogger can get views in he can take 1 minute or even less if he writes good posts (as text, images and videos) and he posts the links on social media.

On longer periods, if the blogger wants more and more daily reviews he needs to keep posting on social media, make his SEO and start commenting on other blogs and websites (if he or she can comment there) in order to get more backlinks and more online interactions with other people. The blogger also needs to keep writing, daily if he or she can do that, in order to be indexed faster and faster and constant by the search engines. If the blogger does not do such kind of things almost nobody will read his blog - human interactions are part of leveryone's life.
