Volodymyr Zelenskyy insists on current USA security guarantees for critical mineral deal

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukraine has agreed on a framework economic deal that could give the US access to its critical mineral resources and it's perfectly normal. Peace is desirable but it does not mean surrender, and a country needs security guarantees because some crazy Vladimir Putin may attack again and adain and again. And Ukraine is not defeated, and it may not be defeated this year or at all by Russians and North Koreans in this war.

Neverthelss, peace means conditions when one is dealing with bullies, and for the moment  Volodymyr Zelenskyy described the deal as part of a wider agreement – but insists Ukraine needs security guarantees from the current United States of America. USA current president Donald Trump says the two leaders will meet to sign the agreement in Washington tomorroe, on Friday – but stopped short of offering full security guarantees to Ukraine.
