
Be cool and start relaxing by listening the harp, you and the people around you may need it. It's not like the Japanese flute and the samurai meditation but the sounds are reaching their destination if you are relaing and you are trying to listen them without thinking about other things, be cool about the moment right now and feel only your breath and your body all the time. I know this because I am programming, writing science fictionand practicing kendo, and the martial arts are coming with the zen budhism that is learning on about the relaxation part.
