Long answer short, we don't know it all. Some may say we don't know so much. But if you are 40 years old or over 40 years old you may have noticed how fast is changing the technology around us. Not all the changes are real improvements but some humana have focused in the last 20 years with intensity on the planet with new technologies and capabilities, and as species we have accumulated a mass of data that is now revealing a complex and ever-changing living planet.

None of us can know it all, the planet is too big and the space is vast and it is full of collisions, gas and dust electrotatically flock together, and no human can watch or follow it all. For the moment (the last millions of years at least) gravity takes over coalescing grains into rocks, rocks into boulders then asteroids colliding again and again, striking planets and each other. Stars collide creating monsters of light and energy even galaxies collide over millions of years, space is a rough place to be.
