As the second step you can promote that website on social media and using ads and you can sell using it your services or products. If you are in service area you can start promoting your services on freelancing platforms first to get more experience and more money then can move entirely on your domain for doing that. Add a blog on that website in order to keep it updated oftern or even daily. Even if you are writing daily on its blog and you promote that website daily it may take some time to grow and be more visible for the other people. Even you don't get money from the first week or month you don't give up.
