First of all, you can get freelancer clients going to the freelancing platforms or you can use your own websites promoting and selling your services.

My advice is to start on freelancing platforms if you are a beginner. While you are getting more experience and some money you can build and increase your websites considering their content and ranking and you can start using them later. While being on freelancing platforms like fucking Fiverr you can learn to promote your own websites and business on internet. And if you are using platforms like Twitter and Facebook you can post about them on those platforms, you can create an account on Twitter or a Facebook page for your services. You can even use the platform ads system if you have enough money for them.

Be clever and good luck. You need both of them.
