If you create a blog for your services it can only help with links to Fiverr, but you can do even more than that: you can use different platforms to promote your Fiverr gigs & your blog posts in order to get more traffic. You can use ads on Facebook, Instagram, probably Twitter and other platform but not Google to promote yourself.

  • Quora is the most popular Q&A website in the world with about 300 million monthly visitors (the majority of the traffic coming from the United States). If you provide value while responding to questions related to your services and occasionally link back to your Fiverr gigs or blog post that has links to your services you can get some traffic. The other way to use Quora is through Quora spaces - they are like your own mini-website within the Quora Platform where you can post a shorter version of your blog content and link back to your website.
  • Linkedin has as 63 million unique mobile monthly visitors and a total of about 1.34 billion monthly visits, it can be a good source of traffic if you properly harness it.
  • Pinterest has 1.18 billion monthly visitors and it can be a great source of traffic for your blog posts and / or your Fiverr gigs: create well-optimized pins for every of your blog content. You can use Canva to create your pins.
  • Slideshare has 1.39 million monthly visitors and you can use canva to create a short pdf format of your blog content / your Fiverr gigs and upload it on this platform so that you can enjoy a piece of its millions of monthly visitors
  • Medium has about 183.03 Million monthly visitors and is considered highly reputable for its website authority. Publish high-quality content with links back to your Fiverr gigs. Your content can even appear on Google search, just like your blog (but better ranked), so you can enjoy referral traffic from Google.
  • Twitter is a mess after Elon Musk bought it but it still doing its job in promoting posts and gigs if you use it daily.
  • On Facebook you can create Facebook pages about your Fiverr gigs / your blog and you can use the specific freelancer groups to meet people interested about what you do.

None of the above source of traffic will work if you don't offer the best services you can offer and if you don't optimize your Fiverr gigs. Get noticed there and use the internet to get more traffic.
