This issue is a little puzzleing because uploading app on Google or Apple stores is not hard. It's not hard as long as you are complying with their terms and conditions, anyway.

Latelty I am see a lot of buyer requests on Fiverr with people looking for freelancers to upload apps on Google Play and Apple Store. Usually the fees for account are 25$ once (for Google Play) and 99$ per year (for Apple Store), something easy to pay for about any freelancer that develops mobile applications. And, of course, there are people trying to benefit from that.

I am not a betting guy, but if I would do that I would be betting that a big wave of malware is going to be hitting us in the following weeks and months. I am not expecting good things for the people accepting offers like the following ones. The best thing that can happen to them is to lose their accounts (for the stores) and, maybe, some of the apps they have developed (they will be damaged in one way or another, that's for sure).
