Boredom – it’s a state many of us try to avoid, and I forget how a person is feeling when that person is bored. I am usually too busy to remember what boredom is. Doing less is good from day to day, when you are too tired to do all you need to do, but otherwise boredom is not on my list so that's why listening the discussion id interesting for me.

But, in a world full of distractions, maybe it’s time to embrace boredom as a way to spark creativity and reclaim our attention.
