Federal judge temporarily blocks Donald duck Trump’s executive order ending birthright citizenship

Almost all babies born on the USA territory becomes a citizen of that country and Donald duck Trump tries to make that dissapear. A federal judge on Thursday temporarily blocked president Donald duck Trump’s executive order redefining birthright citizenship, calling it “blatantly unconstitutional” during the first hearing in a multi-state effort challenging the order and issued a restraining order blocking it from going into force.

USA District Judge John C. Coughenour ruled in the case brought by the states of Washington, Arizona, Illinois and Oregon, which argue the 14th Amendment and Supreme Court case law have cemented birthright citizenship. President Trump hopes to end that rule for children born to parents who are in the country illegally or temporarily.

I am not surprized about the attitude in the video - Donald duck Trump acts like he has lost his mind and against the American democracy and people are reacting. For the moment the case is one of 5 lawsuits being brought by 22 states and a number of immigrants rights groups across the country. The suits include personal testimonies from attorneys general who are USA citizens by birthright, and names pregnant women who are afraid their children won’t become USA citizens.
