A longer answer says that everyone can make for himself or herself a profile (account) on Fiverr and everyone can write down some gigs with the services that freelancer want to provide. That part has no problems. Their experience and the reviews clients can write on platforms for each gig can create problems because many other people are reading them before making one or more orders.
There are some chances the beginner solves all the problems, he or she delivers the orders on time and he or she gets a good review for most and each of them. In those cases he or she will only win experience and some money (minus the 20% got by Fiverr) but the best case is still building his or her own website and promoting services there by writing and creating ads about them. Any expert should have that even if he or she is still on Fiverr or any freelancing platform.
