Indeed, this is informative & unfortunate. I haven't live an email exchange like the one presented in the video but I can related to that because of being a software developer. Sometime the mobile applications I am developing can work wrong on some smartphones depending of the current conditions like problems with the phone or problems with the internet connection but I try to fix the problems if I can.

Behaving like that (the way presented by Louis in his video) is bad. People will start talking each time about a bad developer and that will make the possible clients avoid him or her and nobody  wants that. Especially when the developer love what he / she is doing, developing and debugging apps or whatever else that person is doing more.

I can write / say only one thing: avoid being a jerk and try to do jour job the best way you can doing it. You won't please everybody, you can't make everyone happy because people are very different and reacting in specific ways, but you can try to please as many as you can. You can only win doing the best thing you can even when the money is not great.
