I have beeen a Linux user with many commands in terminal for almost a decade (in April next year there will be a full decade) after being a Windows user for some long time (since MS Dos was very important and ther was almost no visual interface). I had the chance to work on Apple products (phone and computer) and the ecosystem seemed very weird and too complicated for many users. As a sofware developer (mobile, desktop and web) this is too much, and I becamed more declared against using Apple (I want other operating systems and that axes to Apple's ecosystem should be done more often). Linux seems much better then Apple ecosystem and the users can configure the operating system how they like it of they know how to do that and if they can do it (if they have enough rights for it).
